What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry – chances are that your order has already been received by us. Please wait to hear from us, before placing your order again.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions via our payment gateway for any online payments:
• Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
• Net banking – All major banks
• Debit card – All major banks
• E-wallets
For offline payments, please reach out to any of our Zonal Representatitves.
Can you cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled (in whole/partially) before the awards entry system shuts, as notified in the key dates. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
What is your return policy?
If there are any edits or amendments with your entries or entry orders, please reach out any of our Zonal Representatives. We are happy to help you with your query and will assist you in principle, keeping your interests in mind.
